我很清楚的知道我對這方面的資訊一定是非常的稀少

My name is Fanny and I have been working in the wine business for quite a few years now. That is how I have come to know some of your interesting publications and outstanding books, one of which proudly carries your personal signature.
I was hired to be in charge of a new exclusive wine store that is going to open in Taipei soon.
Since I also am responsible to put together a unique selection of fine wines and would like to create not just a place for selling wine, but to communicate wine culture in an unusual and innovative way, I was wondering, if and how I could have the honor and pleasure to invite you to help me with your excellent knowledge in this field.
I do have some ideas about very unorthodox and creative ways to introduce wine and the wine culture to the people of Taiwan, which I would like to discuss with you.

FEUILLETTE是132 OR 114~140 ㄉ酒桶 用於何處及功能?

你果然很細心
第一個問題, Clavelin的容量是620cc(SOPEXA網站上的是溫老師管的...)
第二個問題是篇幅不夠沒有解釋清楚.Sylvaner因為Zotzenberg被升級成為Grand Cru成為有條件的優質品種(只有在Zotzenberg葡萄園裡才算，雖然理論上在此葡萄園可產VT跟SGN，但是Sylvaner應該不太容易)。
Edelzwicker雖有高貴的混合的意思,但卻是所有Alsace的品種都可採用,反而另一個稱為Gentil才有規定50%以上要用Riesling, Pinot Gris, GW跟Muscat。
第三個問題並無標準答案,Feuillette的容量因地因時而異,大多是barrique或piece的一半。在葡萄園比較小的地方，有些酒一年產的酒無法填滿一桶只好放進半桶裡培養。 |
